We do not and will not give satisfaction returns. All sales are final. 

By purchasing product(s) through Exoticzoneshop.com: “I agree to the Exotic Zone Shop Policy” as stated herein – All sales are final on clearance, seasonal and personal use products.

Personal use products constitute a health and safety risk and include Any product that makes “Body Contact “ (internal or external). These include All adult toys vibrating or non-vibrating for any use, Vaginal, Anus, Penis, Oral, Lingerie, Apparel, Shoes, Bondage, Leather, Faux Leather, Silicone, Bottled Products, and related accessories are not returnable.

Product Selection – Intimate products are very personal therefore Exotic Zone Shop cannot and does not warrant or guarantee your satisfaction with your purchase.

At Exotic Zone Shop, we are happy to help you in selecting the right item for you! To help you in your choices for purchasing decision, we include all the information that is needed. We include measurements for dimensions of the products on each product page. We also include information on the type of materials and colors on the each product page.

Messages sent via email or phone message, will be responded to within 24 hours or the next business day.

Everything we ship from Exotic Zone Shop is brand new, just as we have received it from the manufacturer.

Given the nature of these products, we cannot and do not give returns if you are not satisfied with the product. Please select your purchase carefully.
